Les Membres
Russell Clark (chanteur) et Christos Athanasias (guitariste) sont les deux membres originaux. Nicolas Dumont (bassiste) a rejoint le groupe en 2014 et Joel Martin (batteur) l'a rejoint en 2019.

Un Peu D'Histoire
"Rusty et Christos se sont rencontrés sur un plateau de tournage en 2007. À l'époque, nous jouions des reprises acoustiques avec Christos et Dan à la guitare et Rusty au chant et à la batterie. Plus tard, nous sommes passés à l'électrique et Ryan a rejoint le groupe à la batterie, faisant de Rusty un leader à plein temps. Dan est parti peu de temps après avoir quitté Christos pour expérimenter le son et plusieurs configurations d'amplis. En 2014, Nic nous a vus jouer dans le lieu où il travaillait, il est tombé amoureux du groupe et il s'est avéré que nous recherchions un bassiste et nous l'avons fait entrer sans jamais faire marche-arrière. Depuis, nous avons le batteur de Two Headed Dog, Andy Alkemade, qui tapé le rythme pour nous pendant quelques années et depuis 2019, un vieil ami à nous et le puissant batteur Animal Joel a rejoint le groupe lorsque Ryan est passé à d'autres entreprises."

"Notre ancien guitariste Dan a recherché les noms Russell et Christos dans Urban Dictionary et le reste appartient à l'histoire. Depuis lors, il est resté fidèle à nous car il représente parfaitement notre musique."

En bref, il a rejoint The Ugly Kings, a fait la connaissance d'Airbourne et en 2017, The Ugly Kings a soutenu Airbourne lors de leur tournée australienne «Breakin 'Outta Hell». Their Story
"Rusty and Christos met on a film set in 2007. At the time we were playing acoustic covers with Christos and Dan on guitar and Rusty on vocals and drums. Later we switched to electric and Ryan joined the band on drums, making Rusty a full time leader. Dan left shortly after leaving Christos to experiment with sound and several amp setups. In 2014, Nic saw us play at the place he worked, fell in love with the band and it turned out we were looking for a bass player and we brought him in and never looked back. Since then, we've had Two Headed Dog drummer Andy Alkemade tapping the beat for us for a few years and as of 2019, an old friend of ours and powerhouse drummer Animal Joel joined the band when Ryan moved on to other ventures."

About The Name
"Our former guitarist Dan looked up the names Russell and Christos in Urban Dictionary and the rest is history. Since then, he has remained loyal to us because he represents our music perfectly."

"Nic is a big fan of the Australian band Airbourne and moved from France to Melbourne a few years ago to check out the music scene. Long story short, he joined The Ugly Kings, got to know Airbourne and in 2017, The Ugly Kings supported Airbourne on their "Breakin 'Outta Hell" Australian tour. Talk about a dream come true!"
