A good way to start the year; a new EP from Da Soul Jam! It is this Friday, January 21, 2022 that this project composed of 5 tracks and very expected by his community was released !
Two of the tracks of this EP have been shared with us last month (December 2021): "Death is an option", released on December 3rd and "Monsters", released on December 15th. The first one including a strong message and the second one being more introspective, more personal,
these two tracks released in preview of the EP had no trouble finding their place in the hearts of the fans.
The first track of the EP is rather dark, in a harder mood with a saturated voice like a spirit trying to scream.
The second track, entitled "Caresses Of The Wind" keeps this heavy bass that resonates in our ribcage while the other
notes and vocals are softer and take us away... Until the chorus where the atmosphere changes a little and where the song sounds like a call for help, as if the verse was the calm before the storm.
The last track offers us a rather soft melody, always slightly saturated... A good music to vibe quietly...
In conclusion, this EP fits perfectly in the discography of Da Soul Jam thanks to this atmosphere that only the artist in question knows how to put in music to make us travel in time and in our mind.
