Let's first look back at Charming Liars
Founded in 2013, the band knows a first formation that Karnig and Mike are part of. It wasn't until two years later, in 2015, that Kiliyan joined them as the lead singer. The band has already released 3 albums and 1 acoustic EP. And the success was there because they then opened for Palaye Royale, White Lies, The Struts and they will soon come back for a European tour with Against The Current!
A new Electro-Rock track is added to the list!
Over the last three years, the band has spoiled us with many, many songs, songs that made up a full-length album called 'Tourniquet', released this year. And it's only a few months later that the band comes back with 'Violent Candy'.
Even though the band's discography is starting to get long, our ears are still tuned in when Karnig, Kiliyan and Mike offer us a new track!
The title echoes the construction of the track, where Kiliyan's sweet voice blends with a powerful and driving instrumental. This song brings us back to the signature of Charming Liars: a groovy bass, an Electro sound and that incredible Rock'N'Roll guitar. An Alternative Rock stamped Charming Liars as we love. It is a title that we can't wait to discover live! And it is by chance that the band has just announced a new European tour with Against The Current!
