We’ve been waiting four years to hear from them, and now we finally have - Polyphia is back with CAN YOU FEEL IT, an introspective track that turns the image we had of the band on its head. The band will be promoting this track on a world tour that’s more ambitious than ever!

A week ago, we got to hear Polyphia’s new track, CAN YOU FEEL IT, a blend of rock riffs, a catchy groove, and bold electronic sounds. Here, the band pushes the boundaries of what we already know about them to deliver a bold mix, showcasing a new sonic palette that highlights their expertise. This blend will likely elicit mixed reactions among fans. But isn’t that exactly what every major turning point does?
And with a major turning point comes a change in art direction! Indeed, the American quartet no longer features a futuristic image on their album covers and tour posters, but rather a medieval style worthy of the artistic movement’s tapestries, even displaying “MMXXVI” instead of “2026.”
But Polyphia didn’t just shock listeners with its sonic or artistic shift. We were able to experience this ambitious track alongside what appears to be a visualizer, showing images of disasters, social tensions, violence, overconsumption, environmental destruction... And many other topics that make us reflect on what we’re doing to the world today. The band shows without taking a stance, and we can interpret the message for ourselves. The visualizer leaves room for interpretation, but with a theme that remains fairly clear.
Following that, an “official music video” was released, in which the band delivers a performance worthy of a live show, with a visual style that will remind some fans of Last Resort: a central stage, an audience surrounding the musicians, an immersive camera angle, and fisheye effects that heighten the energy of the performance.
With so much news coming out in such a short time, it’s fair to wonder if a new album might be released before the new tour, which kicks off on September 5 in their hometown of Dallas. The band will actually make not one but three stops in France during their tour:
19 November @ Le Radiant (Lyon, FR)
20 November @ Interference (Toulouse, FR)
9 December @ Zenith Paris (Paris, FR)
VIP and presale tickets are already available online, but general ticket sales will begin on Friday, June 19, at 10 a.m. (local time)! For more information, visit Polyphia.com !
