Glam rock band Creeper recently announced the upcoming release of their album Sanguivore II: Mistress Of Death, the sequel to the first installment, which continues to push the boundaries of the British band's universe.

With two tracks already available, we can guess where Creeper is heading today. The band plunges us into the atmosphere of the 1980s, when rock was still controversial and the greatest legends were born. This is where their narrative takes root, incorporating myths and legends to offer us a Buffy the Vampire Slayer that is as theatrical as it is horrific.
The second single, Blood Magick (It's A Ritual), takes us on a journey between the deep, Germanic tone of William Von Ghould's voice and the catchy chorus sung by Hannah Greenwood that fans are sure to sing along to at the top of their lungs. It is this ability to mix genres and tones to create such a unique sound that is undoubtedly Creeper's strength.
Sanguivore II promises to be a perfect follow-up to the highly acclaimed first installment, drawing the listener into a unique universe that still has a lot to say.

“Under the flashing neon lights of a distant dream, a rock ‘n’ roll nightmare becomes reality. A group of vampires spreads terror across 1980s America, leaving only corpses in their wake. But on the horizon, a shadow stirs. Halfway between a horror movie and a satanic nightmare, a new force emerges from the mist, ready to hunt down this gang. Mistress of Death is a vampire hunter determined to end this line of bloodsuckers once and for all. But will she manage to pierce their hearts before the curtain falls? "

With the release scheduled for October 31, the band will have the opportunity to promote it on European stages as the opening act for Ice Nine Kills, a partnership that makes perfect sense! They will also be stopping off at the Salle Pleyel in Paris on November 21. The album is available for preorder here.
