The PRESIDENT campaign has been launched

Signed to Atlantic, with two new singles under their belt and a headlining North American tour that sold out in a matter of hours, PRESIDENT is proving in early 2026 what many already suspected: the British masked band is not just a fleeting viral sensation. They’re a machine that’s revving up, and they know exactly where they’re going.

Two singles in two months, a headlining North American tour announced, an album in the works, and a deal with Atlantic Records. It’s hard to say that PRESIDENT is coasting. For a band that didn’t officially exist eighteen months ago, the pace is that of a steamroller: methodical, deliberate, relentless.

Angel Wings, released in February, sounded like a founding act of this new era. Out goes the indie label, in comes the major label, and yet the sound hasn’t softened one bit. The track twists its programmed beats into a massive djent groove, letting the frontman oscillate between suspended melody and explosive bursts. There’s something more ethereal here than on the King of Terrors EP ; a genuine desire to broaden the spectrum without sacrificing the edge. It’s a balance that’s not so easy to maintain.

Next comes Mercy, released in late March, fresh off a U.S. tour with Bad Omens. The song poses the question that seems to haunt the entire project: what do you do with religion once you've left it behind? There's no clear-cut answer, but rather a confrontation, a direct look at how belief, over the centuries, has had the power to both uplift and destroy. Musically, this is PRESIDENT at its best: melodies that hook you from the very first listen, riffs that hit where you least expect them, and a production that knows when to hold back to make a bigger impact.

The band isn't just releasing singles to stay in the spotlight, they're building a narrative. Each track feels like a page from the same book, the title of which we’re still waiting to hear. That album, in fact, is currently in the works. No release date has been announced yet, but the frontman has said he wants to be “really proud” of it ; which, coming from a man who’s only released an EP so far, at least means the ambition is there.

On stage, the energy is that of a band in controlled expansion. After Portsmouth in early April for the TakeDown Festival, a series of headlining UK dates this month, followed by major European summer festivals (Slam Dunk, Nova Rock, Copenhell), and then a solo North American tour in the fall with 22 of the 26 dates sold out in less than twenty-four hours.

PRESIDENT is at an interesting crossroads: the point where hype gives way to substance. The EP set the stage. The two singles from 2026 confirm that the band knows how to evolve without losing its way. It remains to be seen what the album will say about all this when it finally arrives. But for now, the campaign is moving forward, and the odds are seriously in their favor.
